As a Project Manager, you are responsible for the deployment of our solution to our customers!
MISSIONS 💪- You will be responsible for the operational deployment of the solution with the Integration team and will be the reference contact for customers on a daily basis.
- You will ensure the management of projects through a structured approach based on tools and best practices (kick-off, progress report, project committees, etc.) and will be responsible for customer satisfaction.
- You identify risks and raise opportunities to enable global deployment, in conjunction with your Lead Project Manager.
- You will participate in the continuous improvement of processes and the formalization of good practices.
- You participate in cross-functional projects and contribute to the improvement of the platform.
- You may be required to support junior resources onboarding.
IDEAL PROFILE ⭐
- You are fluent in French and English.
- From a Master’s degree, you have between to 1 to 5 years of experience in a consulting firm, a transport service provider or a solution provider.
- Experience with API is a must have!
- You have a good interpersonal skill, and you enjoy customer contact.
- You have a good understanding of data management issues.
- Highly organized with a strong sense of urgency to meet deadlines.
- Quick to learn, especially with regards to industry knowledge and new process.
- Knowledge of Supply Chain business is an asset.
- You have a strong drive to succeed, a leadership mindset and be willing to take on responsibilities in a start-up that aims to disrupt its industry.
