CRM & Customer Engagement Team (DIGITAL EUROPE) deploys all CHANEL’s CRM Campaigns over Europe and is responsible for creating a holistic view of the customer journey, ensuring that all customer touchpoints are optimized for satisfaction and engagement.
Within this team, you will work closely with CRM, marketing, sales and customer experience teams to deliver personalized campaigns that align with CHANEL’s overall CRM strategy through our 3 activities (Fragrance & Beauty, Watches & Fine Jewelry, Fashion).
CRM Campaign Project Manager is responsible for planning and executing 3 activities’ Marketing Plan deploying and analyzing CRM campaigns to acquire new customers, retain existing ones, and drive revenue growth.
WHAT IMPACT YOU CREATE AT CHANELCAMPAIGN EXECUTION ACROSS CHANNELS
- Understanding customer preferences and behaviors for segmentation and targeting
- Develop, implement, and manage CRM campaigns to support business objectives
- Define campaign goals, KPIs, and deliverables in alignment with marketing and sales strategies
- Oversee end-to-end development and execution process for 3DIV CRM campaign
- Launch CRM Campaign
MONITORING & OPTIMIZATION
- Monitor CRM campaign performance metrics to optimize future initiatives
- Document and share campaign results with stakeholders
- Identify and set up personalized content rules
- Providing recommendations for future improvements
CROSS-FUNCTIONAL COLLABORATION
- Collaborate with cross-functional team to align CRM efforts with business goals
- Coordinate Execution planning for CRM Campaign
- Manage partner’s agency for a seamless Campaign production
- Master's degree in Marketing, Communications or related field
- 2–3 years' experience in CRM, digital marketing or campaign management
- Rigorous and pragmatic, with an uncompromising commitment to operational excellence
- Strong autonomy, attention to detail, and a genuine sense of service and advice
- Deep understanding of customer needs and behaviors for segmentation and targeting
- Proven ability to plan, execute and monitor campaigns while keeping teams aligned
- Proficiency in CRM platforms, data analytics tools and A/B testing
- Creative problem-solving skills and a proactive, solutions-oriented mindset
- Empathy and strong interpersonal skills for seamless cross-functional collaboration
- Fluent in both French & English
This role is offered as a fixed-term contract from early July to end of December 2026, covering the replacement of a team member on a short-term assignment.
