Job Description:
The vision of the GRC Technology Center of Excellence is to empower all Associates and Contractors at Mars to manage risk. This vision drives the team’s mission to be a customer-focused, results-oriented team that cares about the vision of implementing and enabling governance, risk and compliance (GRC) processes through GRC tooling.
The GRC Technology Center of Excellence delivers exceptional customer experiences through process consulting, technology deployment and platform support. The team currently leverages Archer as its GRC technology of choice; however, as the team continues to grow, there may be opportunities to expand, such as other GRC tools, data visualization, integration, AI agent creation, Model Context Protocols and more.
The Project Manager, GRC Technology is responsible for managing customer deployment projects, leading/overseeing the monthly Agile release process, managing team variable and running costs, and assisting with overall program initiatives within the GRC Technology Center of Excellence.
What are we looking for?
This position is ideal for someone who has previously worked in professional services or another service-based industry. The ideal candidate will have:
Bachelor’s Degree in IT/computer science/or similar field, or equivalent work experience
PMP, SAFe, or Prince2 certification preferred
3-5+ years of project management experience, preferably in IT/Digital
Experience managing budgets and contract lifecycle processes
Knowledge of or experience with integrations/software development would be an asset
An understanding of business process and information technology terminology, especially around Information Security and Compliance/Audit
Strong organizational skills, be responsive and detail-oriented.
Strong communication skills, both written and verbal and be aware of the importance of updating interested parties efficiently and effectively
A self-starter attitude, being able to manage a changing workload
Ability to work under pressure and able to calmly prioritize conflicting demands
Attention to detail and able to manage data accurately
What will be your key responsibilities?
Program Management
Coordinate resources for all GRC tooling initiatives, including the CoE team, Mars workstream leads (internal customers) and external resources
Synchronize all Production migration activities for both projects and regular enhancement cycles as well as application and infrastructure upgrades
Liaison with our 3rd party vendors on all projects, SOWs, and Change Orders
Manage all demand/budgets for the program with insight and participation from the Sr. Mgr
Participate and assist with platform governance meetings
Project Management - Strategy, Analytics & Innovation
Oversee all projects (internally or externally delivered) to ensure deliverables, timelines, and outcomes are achieved
Lead and oversee the monthly Agile release process, ensuring that product leads, developers and customers are involved at the appropriate points and that releases are delivered as expected
Provide project tracking metrics and dashboards throughout the project lifecycle, including risks, assumptions, issues, dependencies, and decisions
Identify and execute opportunities to deliver projects faster using agile/iterative approaches

Skills Required
- Bachelor’s degree in IT, computer science, or a similar field, or equivalent work experience
- 3–5+ years of project management experience, preferably in IT or digital environments
- Experience managing budgets and contract lifecycle processes
- Knowledge of or experience with software integrations or software development
- Understanding of business process and information technology terminology, especially information security and compliance or audit
- PMP, SAFe, or PRINCE2 certification
- Strong organizational, communication, detail-management, prioritization, and data accuracy skills
