Role Overview:
We are looking for a PMP-certified Project Manager with a proven track record in successfully implementing accounting and finance software. The ideal candidate will be responsible for the day-to-day management of our financial systems implementation projects, including coordinating change management and communications operations. This role requires a strategic thinker who can manage complex projects, drive process improvements, and deliver results that align with our business objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of financial systems implementation projects, starting with NetSuite, ensuring they are completed on time, within scope, and budget.
- Coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure smooth and efficient project execution.
- Manage change processes, ensuring all stakeholders are informed and engaged throughout the project lifecycle.
- Develop and maintain comprehensive project documentation, including project plans, progress reports, and risk assessments.
- Facilitate effective communication channels between project teams, stakeholders, and senior management.
- Apply best practices in project management and financial systems implementation to drive continuous improvement and innovation.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, Finance, or a related field. PMP certification is required.
- A minimum of 5 years of experience in program management, with at least 3 years focused on the implementation of accounting and finance software, NetSuite experience preferred.
- Demonstrated success in managing multiple financial systems implementation projects from start to finish.
- Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial systems.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with teams across different departments.
- Proficient in project management software and tools.
- Ability to adapt to a rapidly changing environment and manage multiple priorities.
