WHAT WE OFFER
As a Project Manager, your primary purpose is to drive, oversee, and ensure the successful delivery and management of single or multiple projects.
You must do this within scope, to a certain quality, and within time and cost constraints. You are responsible for maintaining a delicate balance among project constraints, engaging with stakeholders, and leading and developing your squad.
In addition to these core responsibilities, you must anticipate risks and challenges, implementing effective mitigation strategies to keep the project on track. Your ability to adapt to changing circumstances, manage resources efficiently, and communicate effectively with all levels of the organization is key to your success.
Your role is crucial in ensuring that the project is completed on time, meets or exceeds quality standards, stays within the allocated budget, and ultimately satisfies the needs and expectations of all stakeholders.
Main Responsibilities:
Project planning and execution:
Deliverables and milestones: Identify and schedule project deliverables, milestones, and required activities and tasks.
Scope and Schedule: Define project scope and schedule while focusing on regular and timely delivery of value within allocated budget.
Progress: Develop a detailed project plan to track progress.
Process: Ensure projects adhere to frameworks and all documentation is maintained appropriately for each project.
Project goal: Ensure the project goals are achieved and establish a reasonable “Hypercare” period in order to monitor the stability of the result delivered.
Budget and financial management:
Budget: Develop and manage the project budget, ensuring no cost overruns.
Costs: Track expenses and ensure they align with projected costs.
Performance: Update stakeholders on budget status regularly.
Saving: Implement cost-saving measures when needed.
Financial coordination: Reallocate budget as required to keep the project on track. Coordinate with finance department for budget approvals and audits.
Stakeholder communication:
Communication: Identify Escalation points and communicate to Sponsor.
Visibility: Act as an “Ambassador” of the Project, providing visibility to the wider group in the company if/when needed.
Collaboration: Communicate and collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to deliver on their expectations.
Expectations: Manage stakeholders’ expectations, build relationships and promote a team environment.
Monitoring and reporting:
Tracking: Track project performance in regards with determined KPI
Reporting: Provide reports on project progress, problems, and solutions.
Best Practices: Use, promote and share best Project Management Best Practices
Coordination: Organize and lead project status and working meetings.
YOUR PROFILE
Experience in managing projects
Fluent in English: Proficient in English for clear communication with team members, stakeholders, and partners
Leadership and Motivation: Ability to lead and motivate others; empathize and understand different personality types.
Adaptability: Ability to adapt to new circumstances in a changing business environment.
Project Management Methodologies: Familiarity with methodologies like PMI, PRINCE2, and Agile approaches.
Political Sensitivity: Sensitivity to working in a political environment and interacting with senior leadership.
Project-Planning Tools: Knowledge of project-planning tools.
Communication Skills: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
Customer Expectations Management: Expertise in setting and managing customer expectations.
Multidisciplinary Skill Set: Distinctive blend of business, IT, financial, and communication skills, vital for a highly visible position with substantial impact.
Influencing and Negotiation: Effective influencing and negotiating skills in environments where direct control of resources may be limited.
Business Acumen: Strong knowledge and understanding of business needs, with the ability to establish and maintain a high level of customer trust and confidence.
Resource Planning: Ability to develop and execute a project resource plan ensuring the right people are in the right place, doing the right things, at the right time.
International Experience: Experience in an international and multicultural environment.
Performance Under Pressure: Ability to perform under pressure and manage critical and urgent situations.
Conflict Resolution: Ability to deal with conflicts within the Project Team or “friction” with external stakeholders.
