About the Role:
• Manage external development and project coordination activities for hotel construction and hospitality development projects.
• Liaise with clients, architects, consultants, contractors, government authorities, and utility agencies to obtain approvals and ensure seamless project execution.
• Monitor project schedules, budgets, milestones, risks, and deliverables to ensure timely completion of development objectives.
• Support site development planning, infrastructure coordination, permitting, and compliance with local regulations and hospitality standards.
• Prepare project reports, stakeholder updates, and executive presentations while driving issue resolution and decision-making processes.

About You:
• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, Construction Management, or a related discipline; post-graduate qualification is desirable.
• 10 - 15 years of experience in large-scale hospitality(Hotel, resorts, etc) construction project development.
• Strong understanding of project lifecycle management, development approvals, construction methodologies, and statutory compliance requirements.
• Proven stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence and coordinate multiple internal and external partners.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, project planning, and problem-solving capabilities.
