This is a high-impact role where, depending on your level of experience, you will either take full ownership of complex transmission infrastructure projects or work in close collaboration with another Project Manager/Director. In both cases, you will contribute to driving delivery from initial design through to construction, commissioning, and handover. Working alongside a Project Director, you will help lead multidisciplinary teams and ensure projects are delivered safely, on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
Given the nature of our projects and stakeholders, this role requires a strong understanding of the UK transmission environment, including established standards, regulatory frameworks, and ways of working. End-to-End Project Delivery
Take full accountability for delivering EPC projects to specification, budget, and schedule, ensuring customer satisfaction at every stage.Leadership & Team Coordination
Lead and coordinate cross-functional teams including Engineering, Construction, Project Controls, Finance, EHS, Quality, and Contracts.Stakeholder Management

It is essential that candidates bring demonstrable experience delivering transmission projects within the UK market. This role requires someone who can operate effectively from day one, with a strong understanding of UK regulations, standards, and established ways of working.
We are particularly interested in candidates who have gained this experience through working on Grid substations with major UK network operators such as National Grid, SSE, or UK Power Networks. This background is highly valued as it brings practical insight into UK-specific delivery environments, stakeholder expectations, and regulatory frameworks.
Degree in Engineering (or equivalent experience)
Proven experience managing EPC or large-scale infrastructure projects
Strong understanding of project delivery across engineering, procurement, and construction phases
Experience working in complex, multi-disciplinary and international environments
Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and interfaces effectively
Strong commercial and financial awareness
