This is a critical leadership role where you will take full ownership of complex turnkey transmission infrastructure projects—driving delivery from initial design through procurement, construction, installation, and commissioning, through to final handover. You will lead large, multidisciplinary teams and work closely with senior leadership to ensure projects are delivered safely, on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
This role is based in Glasgow and follows a hybrid working model (usually 3 days in the office, 2 from home). Given the nature of our project portfolio and stakeholder engagement, close proximity to the project environment and customer is essential. We are therefore looking for candidates who are either locally based or willing to relocate from elsewhere in the UK.
Due to the complexity of the projects, this role requires a strong understanding of the UK transmission sector and CDM regulations. You will bring proven experience operating within UK regulatory frameworks, standards, and delivery models, enabling you to make an immediate impact.
