As the Project Manager, you will:
- Own the project execution processes and outcomes; meet project objectives and deadlines
- Act as the liaison between the project management team and the technology team
- Lead project planning, resources coordination and utilization
- Manage project progress and implement risk management procedures throughout project lifecycle
- Manage successful relationships and engagements with clients and stakeholders
- Implement project kick off and sign off processes
- Overseeing project documentation and ensure 100% compliant archiving and documentation
- Conducts weekly project reviews and create detailed reports where needed
- Execute through his/her experience/competencies project specific tasks
- Optimize and improve project management related processes and ensure Project Costs Tracking/Reporting
- Collaborate with growth teams to generate growth opportunities and initiate new projects where needed
The ideal candidate will have:
- 5+ years’ experience in EdTech industry in a similar role
- Managed different project domains (Education, Learning, Software, Media, Technology) in addition to software implementation projects.
- Excellent use of technology, education and digital tools.
- Familiarity with project financial planning and forecasting.
- Prior experience in project quality control / quality assurance
- Completion of PM certification like PMP, IPMA, PMI-ACP or Prince 2 certifications is a must
- Excellent communication, conflict resolution, organization and planning skills
- Ability to mix between big-picture thinking vision and flawless execution follow up
- English fluency is a must, French is a plus
