Position Overview:

We are looking for an experienced Project Manager to lead the digitalization of our Order-to-Cash (O2C) processes by managing demands of different regions towards a global strategic framework. In this role, you will lead regional and global improvement projects and change requests that make our automated O2C operations even smarter and more efficient - covering direct EDI integrations with our customers and partners, marketplace connections (e.g., GHX, SAP ARIBA), Webshops, order automation and OCR solutions (e.g., Esker, Tangro), eInvoicing (e.g. Pagero) and ePayment Solutions (e.g. HighRadius).

You will combine strong project management skills, technical know-how, and deep O2C expertise to deliver complex, cross-functional projects that reduce manual effort, improve accuracy, and create a better experience for our customers and internal order management organizations. Key Responsibilities:

  • Analyze current Order-to-Cash (O2C) processes, identify optimization opportunities, and translate business needs into clear technical specifications.
  • Partner with business and IT stakeholders to establish project scope, objectives, deliverables, timelines, and budgets.
  • Lead demand and change request management (Requirements Gathering) and support requirements engineering for handover to technical teams
  • Lead O2C automation and digitalization projects from initiation to delivery, including scope, timelines, and stakeholder communication.
  • Oversee project governance, risk management, and stakeholder expectations across multiple teams and regions.
  • Lead change management and training efforts to drive user adoption and operational readiness.
  • Acts as voice of customer during solutioning process.
  • Provide solutions assurance and stakeholder management for operational, implementation, and customer service challenges.
  • Conduct regular status reviews, report progress to leadership, and ensure compliance with quality standards.
  • Serve as a subject matter expert on O2C automation technologies and best practices.
  • Act as escalation pathway for ongoing incidents and support as supervisor between our technical vendors and internal users

Required Qualifications:

  • Proven experience leading complex, cross-functional projects and driving digital transformation.
  • Deep understanding of EDI standards and protocols (ANSI X12, EDIFACT), transaction sets (850, 855, 810, 856), and communication protocols (SFTP, AS2).
  • Hands-on expertise with automation technologies such as EDI, APIs, Automated Order Processing (e.g., Esker), and marketplace integrations (e.g., GHX, SAP ARIBA).
  • Strong knowledge of SAP and Order-to-Cash (O2C) processes and ability to optimize workflows.
  • Ability to technically collaborate with our SAP CPI Teams (Cloud Platform Integration) and EDI Partners like Open Text
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills in a global environment.
  • Bachelor’s degree in business, IT, or related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of project management experience, ideally in B2B eCommerce / eBusiness or supply chain digitalization.

Preferred Skills/Qualifications:

  • Experience in implementing Punchout catalogs.
  • PMP or PRINCE2 certification.

The base pay range for this position is:

Min $107,060 - Max $160,580

Factors which may affect starting pay within this range may include geography/market, skills, education, experience, and other qualifications of the successful candidate.

If this is a commission eligible position the commission eligibility will be in accordance with the terms of the Company's plan. Commissions are based on individual performance and/or company performance.
