Project Manager
The Team
Within the Strategy & Operations team, our mission is to drive longer term business direction, drive strategic business planning, improve operational efficiency and support execution of strategic priorities. This position's team serves as the backbone of our department, collaborating closely across global strategy teams, EMEA teams and Hub counterparts to drive business planning, prioritization and strategic projects. With an integral position in the team, the role contributes significantly to the department's strategic growth, and overall success.
The Position
As a Project Manager, you will play a critical role in ensuring the successful implementation of CK EMEA initiatives across the organization. You will execute strategic projects aligned to the CK EMEA roadmap, ensuring alignment with the company’s business objectives and driving operational excellence. This role is vital for achieving CK EMEA’s objectives and will have a significant impact on shaping the future of the organization.
In this role, you will manage the planning, coordination, and execution of cross-functional projects, ensuring that they are delivered on time, within scope, and in alignment with CK EMEA’s strategic priorities. You will work closely with key stakeholders across various departments to track project progress, resolve issues, and ensure seamless execution. Your work will directly contribute to the successful execution of CK EMEA’s strategy and help drive business outcomes at scale.
Key Responsibilities:
- Project management: Coordinate the delivery of projects within the broader strategic roadmap by managing timelines, tracking progress, and supporting prioritization efforts based on direction from senior stakeholders. Assist in maintaining visibility across initiatives and contribute to regular project reporting.
- Commercial project management support: Support the implementation of commercial projects with direct business impact by structuring workstreams, tracking deliverables, and coordinating with brand, regional, and Hub counterparts. Work closely with business owners to monitor progress and contribute to follow-up efforts, including commercial impact measurement.
- Calendar management: Manage and maintain detailed project timelines and calendars, ensuring key deliverables, resource needs, and dependencies are clearly captured. Identify and flag potential scheduling conflicts early and support resolution to enable smooth planning and execution across initiatives.
- Process optimization: Execute key process improvement initiatives that enhance cross-channel and operational efficiency, ensuring engagement and alignment across teams.
- Cross-functional collaboration: Foster collaboration and communication between various teams and departments, ensuring effective coordination and seamless execution of cross-functional projects.

- Process adherence: Continuous process improvement, commercial governance milestone achievement, seasonal milestone achievement
- Revenue & initiative performance: Revenue growth vs strategic forecast, ROI on strategic initiatives, market share growth
Requirements
- 5-10 years of experience in project management or business strategy within a fashion, retail, or consumer goods environment.
- Strong analytical skills with experience in data-driven decision-making
- Strong understanding of how business performance and commercial actions/priorities link to financial performance and growth.
- Strong results-driven mindset, with the ability to balance short-term commercial needs with long-term strategic planning.
- Strong organizational skills to manage multiple projects at the same time
- Proven ability to write clear communications to facilitate timely and efficient project delivery across cross-functional teams.
- Strong stakeholder management skills, collaborating effectively with CK EMEA, Hub teams and Global teams to ensure timely execution of key initiatives
- Strong understanding of how to solve complex problems and critically assess the solutions required
- Highly adaptable and proactive, thriving in a fast-paced, evolving retail environment.
- Proven ability to work well with others as part of a high-performing team, supporting and inspiring team members.
- Fluency in English
- Bachelor's degree in business or management
