Within Network Development & Operations, the Service delivery department is responsible for the realization of all customer connections to the Eurofiber fiber optic network. We employ a project and process-oriented approach that allows us to work reliably and efficiently.
Job Description- As a Project Manager you will be responsible for the delivery of customer connections
- You ensure that your assigned projects are delivered on time, within budget, and with the right quality. This involves ensuring that the necessary steps are carried out (site survey, financial handling, construction phase, customer communication, and delivery) and that the correct processes and systems are used.
- You conduct progress meetings with the contractor/service provider and ensure that agreements are adhered to.
- You approve additional work and costs while considering the guidelines for budget overruns. You act as the point of contact for customers, colleagues, as well as contractors and service providers for the projects you oversee.
- You report on the progress of various projects and inform internal and external stakeholders accordingly.
- You ensure that the delivery documentation is provided. In this role, you report to the Team Leader Project Management.
- You have 5 to 7 years of relevant work experience in project management, preferably involving contractor management in a telecom environment.
- You are customer-oriented and have excellent communication skills.
- You seek and find solutions in the field for the realization of your projects and those of your colleagues.
- you have excellent knowledge of English/Dutch. French is a plus.
- You are driven, enthusiastic, and demonstrate trust and responsibility.
- Knowledge of active circuits ( DWDM, SCC, etc).
- Experience in working in the Infrabel domain is a plus.
