Job Description

Reporting to the SEA PMEM (LCS) Manager. Project Management (PM) is responsible for managing and leading local large Projects and driving business objectives, performing projects reviews and driving continuous improvement in Project Management and ensuring Project execution excellence.

Your Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for successfully planning, controlling and managing majo r customer projects which require the commitment of significant skills and resources. 
  • Manage end-to-end delivery of IIoT implementations, smart factory upgrades, and industrial automation projects on time and within budget.
  • Cybersecurity Integration with embedded security protocols into all connected industrial devices, edge computing platforms, and cloud environments.
  • Ensure all digital solutions comply with industry standards such as IEC 62443, NIST, and local data protection regulations.
  • Manage multi-function and multi-vendor efforts to plan and implement multiple, integrated system solutions to customers’ complex projects. 
  • Define and manage overall project risk identification and mitigation process through interaction with project stakeholders.
  • Define and manage overall change control processes and quality assurance aspects of the project to ensure project success.
  • Complete and manage project activities using an industry standard project management process and approach to ensure a consistent approach to project completion with other similar projects within the organization.
  • Strong commercial skills, communication skills, and the ability to handle multiple diverse projects.
  • Experience in reviewing documentation associated with Assessments, Audits, Design, and Implementation projects to provide recommendations against industry standards.

The Essentials - You Will Have:


  • Bachelor’s degree in engineering or equivalent; further education in project management is desirable.
  • Minimum 5+ years of project management experience in IT and/or OT projects
  • Familiarity with IIoT, Cybersecurity Domains and Industrial networks.
  • Proficiency using Agile and traditional project management principles and practices, with an ability to blend multiple methodologies as necessary based on client project requirements
  • Project Management Professional (PMP) certification is desirable, cybersecurity-focus credentials are also valued.
  • Demonstrated success at simultaneously managing multiple complex customer projects.
  • Extensive experience with direct customer contact is required.
  • Must be able to work in a stressful environment where constructive feedback from others is encouraged.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
  • Excellent conflict resolution and people interface skills.
  • Must be able and willing to travel and work at customer sites.

The Preferred - You Might Also Have:

  • Experience in MES project environment, or equivalent would be desirable
  • Experience with Rockwell Automation technologies and solutions, or equivalent
  • Minimum 8 years of managing projects
  • Experience in conflict resolution and people communication skills
  • Experience in managing subcontractors and direct customer interface
