Broadridge is seeking an experienced Project Manager – Data Management to lead our execution of our enterprise data strategy. The candidate should have a strong background in data management and implementation of a data platform to lead and manage our Data implementation projects. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of successfully delivering data projects on time and within budget, ensuring alignment with business objectives and stakeholder expectations.
We are made up of high performing teams that meet in person to learn and collaborate as needed. This role is considered hybrid, which means you’ll be assigned to a Broadridge office and given the flexibility to work from home.
Key Responsibilities

Project Planning and Management: Develop comprehensive project plans outlining scope, schedule, budget, and resources. Monitor project progress and make adjustments as necessary to ensure successful completion.

Stakeholder Management: Engage with stakeholders to gather requirements, provide updates, and manage expectations. Facilitate communication between technical teams and business units.

Risk Management: Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies. Monitor and manage risks throughout the project lifecycle.

Team Leadership: Lead cross-functional teams, including internal staff and external vendors, to ensure project milestones are met. Provide guidance, support, and performance feedback.

Quality Assurance: Ensure that all project deliverables meet quality standards and business requirements. Conduct regular reviews and audits.

Change Management: Develop and implement change management plans to ensure smooth transitions and user adoption. Provide training and support to end-users.

Budget Management: Track project expenses and manage the project budget. Provide regular financial reports to senior management.

Compliance and Documentation: Ensure all project activities comply with relevant regulations and standards. Maintain thorough documentation of project plans, progress, and outcomes.
Qualifications
-
Education: Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Information Technology, or a related field. PMP or similar certification is a plus.

Experience: Minimum of 5 + years of experience managing data projects and data governance implementation.

Technical Skills: Proficiency in project management tools and methodologies. Strong understanding of data technologies, data sourcing and data governance.

Soft Skills: Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills. Ability to work effectively with diverse teams and manage multiple priorities.
Preferred Qualifications

Previous experience in Fintech or Financial services is preferred but not required.

Familiarity with Agile project management methodologies.

Good knowledge of data migration and integration processes.
Salary range: $110,000.00 - $125,000.00 Bonus Eligible.
