Job Title: Project Manager- Analytics

Work schedule: 28 hours per week (Part-Time) Must be able to work during core business hours. This would not be an opportunity for someone who already has a full time day job and looking for additional work.
Location: Remote

What you will do:

  • Responding to customer emails to help with using self-service reporting and analytics tools.

  • End-user training sessions for any analytics tools supported by the department in collaboration with Education Services.

  • Project managing large integrated projects and ensuring end-user communication is timely and written to a level that is appropriate.

  • Change manager for any system changes and new tool implementations. This includes working collaboratively with Corporate Communications.

The Project Manager partners with clinical and business leaders to develop proposals and manage projects which enable execution of the organization's strategy. Facilitates stakeholder teams and ensures project requirements are in place for each step of the project life cycle. Develops integrated project plans and facilitates business plan development for decision making. Collaborates across the PMO team to ensure value recognition of approved projects. Ensures communication, coordination, and integration of project work with all individuals and areas affected including leadership, shared services divisions, internal and external stakeholders. Serves as a key liaison with the clinical and business leaders and executives in relationship to assigned program activities. Responsible for the implementation and management of project management processes, project structures, performance monitoring, and other control mechanisms necessary to accomplish project objectives. Proactively identifies risks, manages issues, and escalates when appropriate. Monitors activities of any closely related project(s), which have interdependencies with assigned project(s).

What you will need:

  • Requires a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, Nursing, or other closely related field in order to understand management principles and finance.

  •  Five years of related experience and experience directing/managing complex projects and project teams.

  • Knowledge of healthcare delivery, project management and management, basic budgeting, and healthcare legislation.

  • Healthcare experience leading interdisciplinary projects that include various healthcare providers and leaders.

  • Knowledge of Epic
