Project Manager – CSA (Civil Structural and Architectural)

Job Summary: 

Responsible for managing civil, structural, and architectural (CSA) aspects of construction projects, ensuring quality, cost, and timeline compliance. This role involves coordinating with stakeholders, supervising on-site progress, and resolving construction challenges to ensure successful project delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee project development, ensuring compliance with design principles, construction standards, and local regulations.
  • Manage project quality, timelines, and costs per contract requirements.
  • Conduct pre-construction assessments, including site conditions, utilities, and land preparation.
  • Review drawings and oversee foundation, structural work, completion acceptance, and warranty management.
  • Ensure on-site construction progress aligns with the work programme, coordinating with contractors and internal teams.
  • Supervise construction quality, conduct inspections, and ensure material compliance.
  • Control construction costs, review site expenditures, and support cost management.
  • Assist in contract management, dispute resolution, and bidding processes.
  • Facilitate communication among construction teams, resolving design and site issues.
  • Manage subcontractor coordination, maintain site logs, and lead project defect rectification until the defect liability period expires.

Experience, skills and qualifications: 

  • Bachelor's degree or higher in Civil Engineering or a related field.
  • 10+ years of experience in civil & structural engineering construction and project management.
  • Strong knowledge of construction management, engineering structures, and technical drawings.
  • Excellent organizational, coordination, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Strong sense of responsibility and teamwork.
  • Effective communication, coordination, and leadership skills. 
  • Ability to work on-site and travel as needed. 
  • Previous experience working in fast growing, international environments.
  • Fluent in English and Spanish.
