The Project Manager supports the Senior Business Leader responsible for the Core Systems Transformation Program by coordinating business execution activities across participating departments. This role ensures business deliverables, decisions, dependencies, and readiness activities are tracked and completed on schedule.
The Project Manager serves as the primary point of coordination for business workstreams, helping drive accountability, maintain governance processes, and support operational readiness while allowing leadership to focus on stakeholder engagement, communications, and strategic direction.
Responsibilities
Business Execution & Coordination
- Coordinate business workstreams and track business-owned deliverables.
- Monitor progress against key milestones and escalate risks or delays.
- Maintain action item, dependency, and decision tracking.
