The opportunity
We are looking for a Project Manager who will support and further strengthen our team in Communication Networks. You successfully manage the entire project, and you confidently represent the interests of HE towards our customers. It is our goal to continuously improve our results and to offer excellent commercial and technical solutions.
For this challenging opportunity, we are looking for someone who has a technical background with experience in Project Management and who is able to plan, manage, and control all the project activities with business acumen.
How you’ll make an impact
Take full ownership of project execution from handover by the Sales team through successful completion of site works.
Define and manage all project milestones, ensuring on-time delivery of products. Proactively implement corrective actions when deviations occur to keep projects on track.
Act as the primary point of contact for customers, fostering satisfaction through open, proactive communication.
Leverage your commercial expertise to manage contracts effectively.
Drive scope management, revenue growth, and margin improvement while mitigating project risks.
Provide regular, transparent project reporting to all stakeholders, including senior management.
Close collaboration along the value chain with sales, bid & proposal, engineering, supply chain, factory, test field and site works related teams.
Your background
Strong technical foundation in Electrical Engineering or Telecommunications.
Mind. 2 years experience in project management.
Exceptional communication and organizational skills, combined with high intercultural sensitivity and the ability to build lasting relationships with clients and internal stakeholders.
Business-fluent in English; proficiency in French and German is a plus.
