This role will be designated for Atlantic Fields Club, set in Hobe Sound, Florida.
Atlantic Fields Club is looking for a Project Manager to join the Construction, commercial Department.
The purpose of the Project Manager is to manage multiple commercial projects to ensure each project meets the standards of Atlantic Fields. In this role, you will be responsible for planning construction projections and overseeing their progress from start-to-finish in a timely and cost-effective manner.

Key Responsibilities

  • Create an environment of Professionalism, Respect, Timeliness, and Accountability among the project team.
  • Coordinate with the Architects, Interior Designer, and other Consultants from schematic design, to completion. 
  • Manage Project Budgets via Procore.
  • Monthly Budget Snapshots, projecting cashflows.
  • Cost Coding - All costs must be coded to the appropriate budgets. 
  • Complete Bid Comparisons for  review prior to Issuing Subcontracts and Purchase Orders
  • Support Superintendents and On-Site Construction Activities
  • Attend weekly, Architect, Contractor (OAC) meetings
  • Ongoing support of Community Development Initiatives to ensure coordination of efforts with Operations and Sales within the Community
  • Responsible for overall Project success by managing budgets, buyouts with subcontractors and suppliers, and schedules.
  • Skilled in Procore. Competency in Smartsheets, Timberscan, MS Office, Webex/Zoom, Bluebeam.
  • Constantly review, drive, and manage site cleanliness, jobsite material management, laydown yards, and traffic flow through the club and project.
  • Flexibility and ability to pivot to new projects and a desire to work in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s  degree in field applicable to position preferred.
  • Minimum 8+ years applicable work experience to position required.
  • Construction Management certification, or equivalent experience shall be given preference.
  • Procore experience/ certification preferred.
  • Experience using Sage Timberline preferred.
  • Strong preference to candidates with luxury construction experience; commercial experience and process management also preferred.
  • Competency with Microsoft Suite: Word, Excel, Project.
  • Ability to work with a diverse staff.
  • Ability to listen to and respond to specific requests during training sessions.
  • Ability to meet one-on-one or in small groups to provide ongoing training and skill competency assessments.
  • Must be professional and maintain the ability to communicate at different levels, in verbal and written form.
  • Must be familiar with the phases of vertical construction, especially commercial.
  • Experience working both independently and in a team-oriented, collaborative environment.
  • Ability to conform to shifting priorities, demands and timelines.
  • Ability to listen and respond to multiple players, providing feedback and recommendations as required to most effectively meet project needs.
  • Must conduct business in a professional and ethical manner with all team members, potential buyers, external business associates and coworkers to reinforce goodwill and profitability for the company.

  • Ability to read, write, speak, and understand English; additional languages preferred.
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, and a shift greater than eight (8) hours in length.
