▪ (Multi-) Project management for Digital Operations (I4.0) projects in China plants
▪ Core participant in defining requirements and priorities for Digitalization in the areas of Production, IE, SCM and Plant-Quality
▪ Works together with internal plant teams and suppliers in creating inquiry, investment and time schedule for intelligent system
▪ Does research and develops intelligent systems to improve working efficiency and reduce running cost
▪ Networking and cooperation with internal and external partners in the Digital Operations / I4.0 projects
▪ Main contact person for the respective project teams
▪ Performs internal trainings to share own knowledge in the China organization
▪ Collaborates with IT for ensuring cyber- & data security
▪ Continuously analyze digital factory (I4.0) / IT field and related areas for future developments
▪ Collect the feed back from end users for system improvement
▪ Lessons learn for intelligent system and continuous improvement (for quality purpose, cost saving purpose etc.)
Work location: Shanghai/Changchun/Wuhu Plant
Qualifications- Knowledge and Experience in manufacturing and production processes (mechanical and / or electronical)
- High interest and understanding of digital technologies (e.g. big data, AR, IoT, generative AI)
- Project experience in implementing Digitalization Projects in Manufacturing or SCM
- Ability to lead cross-China Plant Digitalization projects
- Min. 5 years of professional experience and knowledge of operations (incl. production / manufacturing processes)
- Experience in Project Management
- Experience in Digitalization for shopfloor and/or Supply Chain Mgmt;
- Solid English capabilities
