Main Duties:
Responsible for VCU application layer software development, including:
- Preparation of requirement documents and software design documents: Write detailed requirement documents and software design documents to ensure the development process is well-documented.
- Modeling to implement vehicle control strategies, functional safety strategies, fault diagnosis strategies, etc.: Use modeling tools (such as Matlab/Simulink) to implement vehicle control strategies, functional safety strategies, and fault diagnosis strategies.
- Code generation, software integration, and integration debugging: Generate code from models, perform software integration, and conduct integration debugging to ensure system functionality.
Support offline simulation and HIL testing of models: Conduct offline simulation and hardware-in-the-loop (HIL) testing of models to verify and validate the correctness and reliability of control strategies. Support vehicle calibration work: Assist in vehicle calibration to ensure the performance of control strategies in actual vehicles. Responsible for troubleshooting and locating vehicle control-related issues: Resolve and locate issues in the vehicle control system to ensure system stability and reliability.
Qualification
Educational Background: Bachelor's degree or above in Vehicle Engineering, Automation, Computer Science, Mechatronics, or related fields. Work Experience: 3~5 years of experience in VCU software development. Professional Knowledge: Familiar with vehicle control, vehicle dynamics, and related knowledge. Software Development Experience: Experience in automotive software development, familiar with using Matlab/Simulink toolchain. Testing Capability: Ability to independently conduct Model-in-the-Loop (MIL) and Software-in-the-Loop (SIL) testing. Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in developing power systems for passenger cars and commercial vehicles is preferred.
- REEV related VCU model(engine start-stop, REEV energy management) development experience
- Good oral and written English skills are preferred.
