  • Bachelor of Science in Engineering and at least seven (7) years of previous exposure in Project Management activities within the Manufacturing environment. 
  • Bilingual: Spanish and English (good communications).
  • Shift: Administrative and according to business needs.
  • Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Experience in:
    • Proven experience in managing projects from initiation to completion.
    • Managing project schedules and budgets.
    • Manufacturing support, Installation of manufacturing lines.
    • Strong understanding of regulatory requirements and industry standards.
    • Ability to anticipate and plan for resource needs.

  • Manage the planning and execution of facilities and utilities improvements projects.
  • Manage the projects lifecycle activities with the support of cross-functional teams comprised of Site
    Leaders, Site Engineers, SMEs, EHS Specialists, Quality Assurance Specialists, and Technicians etc.
  • Manage projects tasks including the definition of project requirements, overall project scheduling,
    overseeing project development and reporting activities progression.
  • Coordinate with applicable production/operation areas required to achieve project schedule and objectives.
  • Develop project status reports.
