About the Role

This is not your average project management role.

As a Project Manager at Quantanite, you will be at the centre of some of our most exciting client engagements, managing complex projects across international teams while serving as a trusted partner to senior client stakeholders around the world.

Given the global nature of our client base, flexibility is essential, particularly to support US time zones and accommodate international collaboration. What You'll Do

Your work will directly contribute to Quantanite’s long-term growth and client success. Key responsibilities include:

  • Lead end-to-end project delivery across complex, multi-stakeholder programs while ensuring delivery on time, within scope, and within budget.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for client stakeholders, building trusted relationships and managing expectations professionally.
  • Develop and maintain detailed project plans, including timelines, resources, dependencies, risks, and deliverables.
  • Lead and coordinate cross-functional teams across multiple geographies and time zones, including regular collaboration with US-based stakeholders.
  • Proactively identify project risks, create mitigation plans, and resolve issues before they escalate.
  • Facilitate project meetings, steering committees, and executive status updates.
  • Monitor quality of deliverables and drive continuous improvement throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Maintain project documentation including project plans, status reports, RAID logs, and issue trackers.
  • Occasionally travel internationally to client locations or Quantanite offices to support workshops, strategic sessions, and project go-lives.

What We’re Looking For

  • Proven project management experience with a strong track record of successful delivery, ideally within client-facing or BPO environments.
  • Confidence operating as the face of projects and engaging with senior stakeholders.
  • Strong understanding of project methodologies including Waterfall, Agile, or Hybrid models.
  • Working knowledge of project management tools and Google Workspace.
  • Experience with software or AI tools is considered an advantage.
  • Experience working across global time zones with flexibility to support US working hours.
  • Strong organizational skills with an analytical and structured approach.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to manage competing priorities and perform effectively under pressure.
  • Experience translating business requirements into actionable project plans.
  • Budget management and commercial awareness.
  • Willingness to travel internationally when required.
  • Prince2, Agile, or related project management qualifications are preferred.
