Job Title: Project Manager - BWPC
Location: Gateway, Cavite (Onsite)
Job Description:
1. Working directly with the line crews on a daily basis, he/she also acts as the technical trainer for line teams and provides coaching in phenomena identification, root cause analysis and the establishment of countermeasures.
2. Work with the factory team on layout principles, automation, business case proposals and future innovations to be included in the site deliverables.
3. Facilitate and work with Factory operations team to review current operational requirements/opportunity for improvement as an input to improve safety, quality and productivity.
4. Propose solution and improvement in case of design conflict and challenges, lead in Design review and propose solution on issues raised
5. Prepare and work with functional team to build the URS and Specifications for development of procurement packages for supplier RFP and bidding.
6. Lead the team to prepare the project execution plan and project safety plan building required Unilever standards, including developing the work sequence and work schedule.
7. Consolidate and Build the project workstream network and timeline.
8. Review technical bid analysis for contractor selection.
9. Participate in contractor selection process to ensure rightful fit of contractor to the project requirements
10. Participate and support for safety and mobilization phase of project to ensure proper training, policies and standards are adhered to by contractors selected.
11. Lead and monitor the execution according to agreed standards, plan and network.
12. Conduct site visits and audits to review safety, quality, and standards of project are complied with.
13. Lead the regular project engineering management and meeting for the workstream with relevant team members.
14. Facilitate, update and escalate issues encountered at the workstream for decision by the E2E project team and/or steercom.
15. Work with R&D and procurement for project MPT execution.
16. Support team on MPT for stability testing working with R&D, SU, SUIT, Quality etc.
17. Lead the execution of the Ramp-up plans to deliver the required targets per Project Execution Plan (PEP)
18. Complete asset-tagging, Fixed Asset maintenance process, Asset Capitalization and coordinate the Fixed Asset Audit of Project
19. Complete the project close-out and prepare project completion document for final hand-over.
20. Participates in establishing company-wide best practices and standards for both mechanical & electrical engineering and controls and automation and is responsible for ensuring compliance at local site. Support in the development of the plant masterplan for mechanical and electrical systems and controls and automation.
21. Technical resource to the category engineering team for new products and re-stages (innovation and renovation).

23. On Time In Full (OTIF) end to end delivery of assigned capital projects (typical value €0.05m) adhering to Unilever standards and ensuring safety as our number 1 priority.

Skills Required
- Experience working directly with line crews and coaching in root cause analysis and countermeasures
