As part of an increase in activity within the Identity & Biometric Solutions (IBS) Business Line, we are looking for a Project Manager (PM). You will manage the delivery of the customer’s solutions and services in accordance with predefined time, quality and cost criteria and as per contract. Moreover, you will identify the customer’s needs and support the pre-sales activity for the existing and new customers.
Main activities:
Act as the primary interface for the customer.
Plan, execute and monitor implementation activities to meet project schedule, quality and cost objectives, ensuring customer satisfaction.
Define and drive project strategy and objectives in alignment with the IBS strategy.
Lead and manage cross-functional and multidisciplinary teams, including Work Package Managers, Manufacturing teams and Project Engineers.
Ensure achievement of contractual milestones and key events.
Manage project risks, financial and contractual contingencies, and provide both internal and external reporting
Candidate profile:
Must-have skills:
Proven experience as a Project Manager delivering software development projects end-to-end (planning, execution, monitoring, delivery).
Experience managing projects that include both software and hardware components.
Strong knowledge of project management practices: scheduling, budgeting, financial tracking, risk management, and stakeholder management.
Experience leading cross-functional teams in a matrix organization and aligning multiple stakeholders toward shared objectives.
Ability to plan, coordinate, and drive project teams while managing priorities, resources, and constraints.
Strong stakeholder management and customer focus, with business acumen and contract awareness.
Proficiency with Microsoft Project (MSP) and working knowledge of Jira, SharePoint, and Oracle.
Strong communication, organizational, and leadership skills, with ability to operate in complex and dynamic environments.
Nice-to-have skills:
Experience in the biometric solutions / identity management domain.
Familiarity with biometric technologies or security-related systems.
