BlackStone eIT is looking for a dedicated and organized Project Manager to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring that our projects are delivered successfully and efficiently while meeting client requirements and company standards. Your ability to manage budgets, timelines, and resources will be essential to the overall success of the projects.
As a Project Manager, you will lead cross-functional teams, coordinate project activities, and serve as the main point of contact for stakeholders. Your strong communication skills will help you foster relationships and keep everyone informed throughout the project lifecycle.
Responsibilities:
- Define project objectives, scope, and deliverables in collaboration with clients and stakeholders.
- Create and manage detailed project plans, outlining tasks, timelines, and resource allocation.
- Monitor project progress and performance, adjusting plans as necessary to ensure successful completion.
- Coordinate project meetings, status updates, and reporting to stakeholders.
- Identify and mitigate project risks and issues proactively.
- Foster a collaborative environment within project teams to enhance productivity and morale.
- Ensure that project documentation is maintained, including progress reports, meeting notes, and change orders.
- Conduct post-project evaluations to identify successes and areas for improvement.
- A Bachelor’s degree in a related field, such as Business Administration, Information Technology, or Engineering.
- 1-3 years of experience in project management or a related role.
- Familiarity with project management methodologies and tools.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities effectively.
- Proficiency in project management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to motivate and lead a team to achieve project goals.
