Position Summary

MIRACORP is seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead and oversee complex enterprise level projects supporting government clients. The Project Manager will serve as the primary liaison between the project team and Government stakeholders, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within scope, and in compliance with contractual requirements. This role requires strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills, along with experience managing digital initiatives and cross functional teams.


Essential Duties & Responsibilities

  • Lead the planning, execution, and successful delivery of assigned projects. 
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for Government stakeholders and project teams. 
  • Develop and manage project schedules, timelines, budgets, and deliverables. 
  • Coordinate cross functional teams, including technical, design, and business staff. 
  • Monitor project progress, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies. 
  • Facilitate project meetings, status updates, and stakeholder communications. 
  • Ensure deliverables meet quality standards, contractual requirements, and project objectives. 
  • Support enterprise web and digital communication initiatives using Web Content Management Systems (CMS). 
  • Promote collaboration and continuous process improvement across project teams.
Qualifications

Minimum Education & Experience Requirements

  • US Citizen
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Technology, Communications, Project Management, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
  • 5+ years of project management experience leading large, complex enterprise or shared services environments
  • Experience managing digital or web based projects. 
  • Knowledge of Web Content Management Systems (CMS), preferably Drupal or similar platforms.
  • Strong understanding of web and mobile communication strategies. 
  • Excellent leadership, organizational, communication, and problem solving skills. 
  • Experience supporting Federal Government contracts is preferred.
