Project Manager

Required Skill Sets:
Strong project management, change management, communication, and analytical skills.
Proven experience in utilizing or implementing PM tools, best practices and technologies.
Ability to create, summarize, analyze and make detailed information from project plans and the portfolio actionable.
Proficient in the use of Microsoft Project, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.

Excellent communicator who can work well with clients regardless of location. Must possess clear, concise and effective verbal and written communication, including the ability to effectively communicate with technical personnel, business customers, and management.

Can promptly and efficiently conform to shifting priorities, project adjustments, demands and timelines through analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
Understands how to mitigate project and application risk.
Ability to elicit cooperation from a wide variety of sources, including upper management, clients, and other departments.
Demonstrated commitment to a strong customer service philosophy.
Experience with management of large portfolio/project schedules.
Ability to work with large, cross-functional, diverse project team through effective teamwork, conflict management, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and effectively manage a large work load.
