- Lead and manage projects from initiation to completion
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to define project scope, goals, and deliverables
- Create and maintain project plans, schedules, and budgets
- Monitor project progress, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies
- Ensure effective communication and collaboration among team members and stakeholders
- Manage client expectations and maintain strong customer relationships
- Provide leadership, guidance, and support to project team members
- Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget
- Conduct project reviews and lessons learned sessions for continuous improvement
- Bachelor's degree in Project Management, Business Administration, or a related field
- Proven experience in project management or related role
- Strong knowledge of project management methodologies and tools
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Strong leadership and communication abilities
- Ability to multitask and manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Experience in the tech industry or tech consulting is preferred
- Project Management Professional (PMP) certification is a plus
