Business Support Intern
Boeing Saudi Arabia is seeking Business Support Intern to join the Boeing Saudi Arabia Business Operation Specialist located in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, candidates will report to Business Operation Manager.
Key Responsibilities
- Front Office Management
- Serve as the primary on-site point of contact: answer/triage phone calls, welcome and register visitors, manage courier shipments and mail.
- Coordinate meeting and event logistics and maintain reception standards.
- Monitor and replenish office supplies and inventory.
- Facilities & Equipment
- Log, track and resolve facility and equipment issues with Facilities Management and contracted vendors.
- Coordinate repairs, preventive maintenance and vendor access; ensure SLA compliance and documentation.
- Safety, Health & Security
- Conduct monthly office safety checklist reviews and manage corrective actions using company tools.
- Maintain and update the site Business Preparedness Plan, Emergency Plan and Dialogic Scenarios; support quarterly testing and drills.
- Coordinate H&S training (first aid, AED, fire safety) and ensure compliance with local and Boeing policies.
- Records & Inventory Management
- Maintain site records, accounts and OEM facility manuals per company and local requirements.
- Ensure document version control, retention and accessibility for audits.
- Team Collaboration
- Build and maintain effective relationships across BGES functions, site leadership and external vendors.
Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):
- Executing projects independently with minimum supervision
- Collaborating & communicating with cross functional teams and all stakeholders
- Work collaboratively with guidance and mentoring from team during project execution
- Positive attitude and highest ethics.
- Proactively seek information and direction to successfully complete the statement of work.
- Must be able to work collaboratively with cross-functional team. Must be willing to work flexible hours to interface with Boeing personnel around the world.
- Demonstrate strong written, oral and interpersonal communication skills.
- Be fluent in written and spoken English, and have high degree of proficiency with MS Office tools.
- Continuous learning ability to understanding best practices in analysis and methodologies
