· Lead project teams on moderately complex to challenging initiatives, operating with limited oversight on routine execution

· Partner closely with cross-functional stakeholders (Product, Engineering, CRM Ops, Promo Ops, Brand, Data, Strategy, and others) to define scope, goals, dependencies, and success criteria

· Drive regular project rituals, providing clear and concise updates on progress, risks, issues, and decisions to stakeholders and leadership

· Proactively manage interdependencies, risks, and tradeoffs, escalating to senior stakeholders when appropriate

· Leverage project management tools and methodologies to plan, track, and report milestones, deliverables, and outcomes

· Support the implementation of MarTech solutions and operational workflows, applying industry best practices and continuous improvement principles

· Facilitate strong cross-functional communication and alignment, fostering a collaborative environment focused on business outcomes

· Contribute to improving internal team processes and ways of working, helping raise the bar on execution quality and efficiency

SCOPE & LEVEL OF ACCOUNTABILITY

What this role owns.

Individuals at this level are expected to operate with increased autonomy and accountability as ownership expands.

· Fully own the quality, accuracy, and timeliness of assigned projects and deliverables

· Move work forward through sound judgment and decision-making, escalating thoughtfully when risks or blockers arise

· Lead defined work streams or project teams, providing structure, clarity, and follow-through

· Deliver consistent, high-quality status updates to key stakeholders

· Manage internal team processes and problem-solve as challenges emerge

· Communicate clearly and effectively with managers, peers, and junior team members

· Provide input into team objectives, planning, and operational improvement initiatives

THE STATS
What we're looking for in our next teammate

· Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field

· 3–5 years of experience in project management within MarTech, Digital Marketing, Product Operations, or a related operational function

· Proven ability to independently manage multiple projects in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment

· Strong understanding of digital marketing operations and technologies, particularly CRM, promotions, and customer engagement workflows

· Experience partnering with cross-functional teams including Product, Engineering, Brand, Data Science, and Strategy

· Clear, confident communicator able to translate complex initiatives into actionable updates for diverse audiences

· Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills with close attention to detail

· Comfort operating in regulated, compliance-sensitive, or high-volume environments is a plus

· Experience with Asana and/or Atlassian tools (Jira, Confluence) is a plus
