RSM is seeking a high-energy, detail-oriented Senior Associate - Project Management to help build and lead our ERP Risk Advisory Consulting practice. This role blends project management, solution architecture, and risk implementation expertise, supporting both client-facing engagements and internal innovation initiatives. The ideal candidate will thrive in a fast-paced, multi-project environment and bring a strong PMO mindset to drive delivery excellence.
Scope of Services:
Lead ERP risk and automation projects across mid-market clients using platforms such as D365, Workday, SAP, Oracle, etc.
Deliver services including controls testing, segregation of duties analysis, GRC automation, security vulnerability assessments, and pre/post-implementation risk reviews.
Collaborate with U.S.-based leadership and client teams, reporting directly to the U.S. project lead in Columbus, OH.
Responsibilities Include:
Lead full lifecycle ERP implementations with a focus on managing embedded risk advisory engagements, from planning and design through execution and post-implementation review.
Oversee project planning, execution, budgeting, forecasting, and quality compliance.
Build and mentor delivery teams, develop service offerings, and contribute to strategic growth.
Strengthen client relationships and expand RSM services.
Drive methodology enhancements and cross-functional service integration.
Contributing to the execution of the Risk Advisory Services strategy and growth plan by building, developing and managing teams to meet the strategic goals at the local, regional, and national level.
Furthering RSM’s brand and market presence by serving as a visible spokesperson and thought leader at industry conferences and other professional events.
Integrating the strategy and adopting the core values of the firm.
Qualifications:
Familiar with Project management tools
5+ years of experience in ERP project management and risk implementations.
Hands-on experience with at least 2 full lifecycle ERP implementations.
Familiarity with ERP modules: Financials, CRM, HCM, Procurement, SCM, Projects, GRC.
Exposure to COSO, COBIT, ISO, NIST frameworks (preferred).
Experience with ERP GRC tools and security vulnerability assessments (preferred).
Strong understanding of consulting engagement fundamentals (e.g., utilization, staffing, billing).
Proven ability to train others on ERP controls and security.
Strong English communication skills are required, as this role involves direct interaction with clients.
