Job Summary:

We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Project Coordinator to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining project data, analyzing reports, preparing business proposals, and creating dashboards and presentations using advanced Excel and PowerPoint. This role requires a technical background and strong project management skills.

Key Responsibilities1. :

• Maintain and update records of all ongoing projects.
• Preparation of Project Charter
• Project Life Cycle Management
• Analyze reports and provide actionable insights for project improvements.
• Assist in preparing business proposals and project documentation.
• Develop dashboards and visual representations of data for reporting purposes.
• Create and deliver professional presentations using PowerPoint.
• Support project teams with coordination tasks and ensure timely execution of deliverables.
• Collaborate with internal teams and stakeholders to streamline project operations.
• Identify potential risks and provide solutions to mitigate them.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Education: B.Tech / Graduate in Physics or Chemistry (Project Management certification preferred).
• Experience: 1-2 years of experience in project coordination, data analysis, or related roles.

• Technical Skills:
• Proficiency in Advanced Excel (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP, Macros, etc.).
• Strong knowledge of PowerPoint for creating business presentations.
• Ability to prepare dashboards and reports for management review.

• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Effective communication and stakeholder management skills.
