Job purpose
The Engineering Project Management Office (EPMO) Specialist is responsible for supporting System Project Leads (Technical Project Managers) in the development of High Voltage Power Electronics products. As part of the System Project Leads team, the EPMO Specialist drives activities that help structure, plan, monitor, and execute engineering projects efficiently and effectively.
This role serves as a key coordination point for project planning, resource management, budget tracking, KPI monitoring, and process improvement. The EPMO Specialist works closely with cross-functional engineering teams, supports customer interactions, facilitates lessons learned activities, and contributes to the successful delivery of projects in accordance with quality and organizational standards.
Your responsibilities
- Support the planning and tracking of engineering activities, maintaining of project plans
- Tracking of resources and budget
- Support the preparation of customer meeting and internal project reports
- Creation and tracking of KPIs
- Maintain lessons learned, retrospective workshop etc.
- Support the SYPL and the engineering core team for audits/assessments
- Give guidance in forms of project templates, standardized processes, and trainings
What we’re looking for
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering (e.g., Electrical Engineering, Mechatronics Engineering, Computer Engineering)
- Minimum 2 years of experience in project coordination, project management, PMO/EPMO, or engineering project support functions.
- Experience working in an engineering product development environment.
- Understanding of product development processes within automotive, power electronics, embedded systems, or related industries.
- Experience with project planning, scheduling, resource management, and budget tracking.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Experience creating and managing project KPIs and performance reports.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office tools, particularly Excel, PowerPoint, and Teams.
- Experience using project management tools such as Microsoft Project, Jira, Azure DevOps, or similar.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- Fluent spoken and written English.

- Final Interview (45 minutes) - A meeting with a representative from the HR department to ensure alignment with our company culture and discuss the next steps. This interview might also take place via Teams or at our office.
