The Project Management Manager is responsible for leading and facilitating enterprise-wide projects approved by Optima Health's executive leadership team. Directs implementation of multi-departmental, large scale projects. Identifies opportunities for operational improvements, stream-lining and automation and makes recommendations based on findings. Manages operational and tactical aspects of the project, including financial and human resources.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's Level Degree
At least 2 years of project management experience
Project Management Professional (PMP) certification required within 1 year of hire.
