The Project Management Manager will be responsible for overseeing and managing key strategic projects within the organization. This role requires a deep understanding of operations strategy and the ability to drive programs that align with our business objectives.

Lead and execute complex projects with significant business impact, from strategic planning to completion, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.
Develop and implement project management processes and methodologies to improve consistency, efficiency, and accountability across the organization.
Enhance operational efficiency and remove inefficiencies by leveraging data analysis and continuous improvement methodologies like Lean and Six Sigma.
Manage stakeholder relationships and communication by providing regular reports and updates on project progress, risks, and resource allocation.
Guide organizational transformation and change management activities to ensure successful adoption of new initiatives and processes.
Implemented a standardized global project management methodology that streamlines project execution and enhanced cross-functional collaboration.
Required Qualifications:
At least 3-5 years of experience in project management or leading change initiatives, particularly within the healthcare or Revenue Cycle Management industries.
Proficiency in various project management and agile software development methodologies.
A strategic mindset with a proven ability to translate broad visions into concrete, actionable plans.
Demonstrated experience working effectively with cross-functional teams to overcome complex project challenges.
Strong executive reporting and presentation skills, with the ability to communicate project insights and outcomes clearly.
