Your role will strengthen stakeholder relationships with transparency and accountability. We are seeking experienced Project Management Lead to join our team, leading strategic account management and project execution globally. The successful candidates will ensure projects align with brand strategies and are delivered successfully.
What you will be doing:
- Stakeholder Relationship and Communication: Cultivate strategic relationships with brand leads and stakeholders. Ensure effective communication between regional teams and global initiatives.
- Comprehensive Project Oversight: Align project scope with brand leads to meet regional and global goals. Oversee the project lifecycle, ensuring timely and quality delivery.
- Market Adaptation and Insights: Ensure the team adapt brand strategies to fit regional market dynamics and consumer preferences. Provide insights on regional market trends to inform strategy and planning.
- Brand and Quality Assurance: Ensure marketing activities adhere to global brand standards. Conduct quality reviews to ensure consistency in messaging and visual identity.
- Performance Monitoring and Reporting: Track campaign performance and project KPIs. Use data-driven insights to refine strategies and enhance outcomes.
- Financial and Resource Management: Manage budgets, ensuring projects are executed within financial limits. Allocate resources effectively to meet project demands and optimize value.
- Cross-functional and Team Collaboration: Collaborate with design, production, and other teams for comprehensive execution. Lead and mentor project managers. On-board new local team members into the studio, with support of the Global Resourcing Manager, Global Program Director and Business Director.
- Process Optimization and Innovation: Drive improvements in account management and project execution. Implement innovative practices to optimize strategic outcomes.
What you need to be great in this role:
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
- Strong skills in interpersonal communication, decision-making, and collaboration.
- Ability to thrive under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
- In-depth understanding of new media and digital marketing trends.
- A desire to explore new technologies and continuously learn.
- Ability to embrace change and adapt to new tools and processes.
- Experience in mentoring, developing and training team members.
- Excellent organizational skills with keen attention to detail.
- Ability to prioritize tasks and adapt to changing deadlines.
- Entrepreneurial mindset focused on efficiency and creativity.
- Over 5 years of project management experience, preferably with Fortune 500 clients.
- Proven skills in managing and strengthening client relationships.
- Experience working with technology sector clients is highly desirable.
- At the time of this posting, the base salary for this position may range from $100,000.00 to $120,000.00. Individual compensation varies based on job related factors, including location, business needs, level of responsibility, experience, and qualifications. The range listed is just one component of OLIVER’s total compensation package.
