As a Project Management Intern, you will support the team in the preparation and submission of proposals that help Infobip secure new business opportunities. This is an entry-level role designed for someone who is highly organized, detail-oriented, and eager to learn how cross-functional projects are coordinated from start to finish. You will work closely with experienced team members and play an important role in gathering information, ensuring compliance, and supporting the overall bid and proposal process.
What will you be doing at Infobip?
- Assist in preparing and organizing bid and proposal documents, ensuring accuracy and alignment with provided guidelines
- Collect and organize data from internal stakeholders to support proposal development, keeping information accurate and up to date
- Support compliance checks by coordinating with legal, privacy, and security teams and helping address related queries
- Provide administrative support, including scheduling meetings, maintaining records, and tracking proposal progress
- Help maintain a centralized repository of bid-related content, templates, and past proposals, ensuring easy access and regular updates
- Assist with drafting sections of proposals and related documents, ensuring clarity, consistency, and correctness
- Review proposals for formatting, grammar, and adherence to client requirements, providing feedback to improve quality
- Track deadlines and task completion, proactively communicating with team members to ensure timely submissions
- Support post-bid reviews by helping document feedback, lessons learned, and improvement areas

- You are available to start with internship on July 6th, 2026.
- You hold valid student rights from „Studentski Centar“ throughout the entire internship period (6 months).
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines simultaneously
- High attention to detail and a structured, methodical approach to work
- Clear written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
- Comfort working with documentation, templates, and structured guidelines
- Willingness to learn, take ownership of assigned tasks, and support the team where needed
- Proficiency in English, both written and spoken
