Position Summary:
You’re a highly organised and curious individual who enjoys being the right hand to those driving big decisions. You have a natural eye for detail, can juggle multiple tasks with ease, and thrive in fast-paced environments. You’re not afraid to ask questions, eager to learn how strategy comes to life, and confident in handling sensitive information with discretion. Whether it's creating a presentation, managing a calendar, or supporting a key meeting, you’re always one step ahead - and ready to grow alongside senior leaders.
Key accountabilities and responsibilities:
Assist in coordinating cross‑department strategic projects, tracking timelines, milestones, and overall progress.
Prepare presentations, meeting agendas, follow‑up documents, and draft communication materials or meeting notes for internal and external stakeholders.
Serve as a point of contact for calendar management, meeting scheduling, and travel arrangements for the MD.
Conduct basic research and data collection to support decision‑making, while ensuring the MD’s priorities are well‑organized and effectively tracked.
Skills, knowledge, experience & qualifications:
Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Business Management or a related field, with a minimum CGPA of 3.0; Dean’s List recognition and active involvement in extracurricular leadership, clubs, or volunteer work are strong advantages.
Strong written and verbal communication skills, with a professional attitude and the ability to handle sensitive and confidential information appropriately.
Highly organized, able to multitask, manage responsibilities independently, and maintain attention to detail in a fast‑paced environment.
Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially PowerPoint, Excel, and Outlook.
