The Strategy Office–PMO Intern will support portfolio governance, cross-functional program execution, and executive reporting. You’ll help track OKRs and strategic initiatives, maintain project plans and risks/issues logs, prepare business reviews, and drive process improvements for delivery excellence. This role is ideal for an analytically minded self-starter interested in strategy execution, PMO operations, and stakeholder management in a fast-paced e-commerce environment.
What You’ll Do
- Update project plans, follow up on action items, and manage communication with stakeholders from other departments
- Assist in project delivery operations
- Maintain initiative dashboards, timelines, and trackers
- Provide insights and analysis for reportings
- Help standardize PMO templates (charters, status packs, checklist)
- Research and ad-hoc analysis
- Conduct quick dives on best practices, benchmarks, and business cases for new initiatives.
- Support internal workshops, trainings and quarterly reviews.
What You’ll Learn

- Practical PMO methods: governance, risk/issue management, delivery cadences, and exec-ready communications.
- Hands-on experience with KPIs/OKRs, portfolio planning, and cross-functional stakeholder management
Qualifications
- Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s in Business, Economics, Engineering, Data/Analytics, or related field.
- Strong problem-solving, organization, and follow-through; able to manage multiple workstreams.
- Excellent communication: can distill complex updates into crisp narratives and visuals.
- Solid proficiency in Google Workspace or Microsoft Office (Sheets/Excel, Slides/PowerPoint).
- Comfortable working with data (pivot tables, charts)
- Curiosity and initiative to thrive in an agile, fast-paced environment
