  • Follow up on the installation, readiness, and deployment of required tools and processes for the PureFlyt retrofit programme within ARU
  • Assist in the validation of test benches, including coordination of testing activities and facilitation of quality processes and documentation
  • Analyse and participate in supply chain testing activities to help improve, stabilise, and mature processes prior to the start of the retrofit programme
  • Support project management activities, including tracking actions against the project plan, monitoring milestones, and preparing progress updates
  • Coordinate project activities across functions and liaise with relevant functional managers to ensure alignment, issue resolution, and timely execution
  • Support documentation of processes, risks, issues, and action items related to retrofit preparation and operations readiness

Requirements

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Comfortable with project tracking, coordination, and structured documentation
  • Strong organisational, communication, and interpersonal skills
  • Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple tasks in parallel
  • Interest in operations, project management or industrial environments
  • Exposure to regulated or quality-driven environments is an advantage
  • Willingness to learn, able to work independently and take ownership of assigned responsibilities

Learning Outcomes

At the end of your internship, you will be able to achieve the following:

  • Gain an inside view of aircraft repair operations and retrofit programmes
  • Understand how operations support and project management enable successful programme deployment
  • Learn how cross-functional teams collaborate in a complex aerospace MRO environment
  • Develop practical skills in project coordination, process follow-up, and stakeholder management
  • Contribute meaningfully to the preparation and execution of a major repair retrofit initiative
