As Project Management Intern you will be supporting client facing teams for different projects and initiatives and learn about main processes by which sales and support teams are working in Infobip. You will be doing analysis of important sales metrics and collaborate with different departments to make the sales scope of work efficient and customer experience better as well as prepare enablement and communication towards Sales teams.
Key Responsibilities:
- Using Excel/Power BI and company tools for analytics and data visualization;
- Proactively analyzing data and reporting key findings and being able to prepare dashboards;
- Communication with stakeholders for collecting feedback and identifying areas for improvement;
- Provide the educational materials and webinars for internal teams and create the guidelines and instructions.
- Handle projects from start to end (handling project plan, making analysis, working on MVP, gathering feedback, test the solution, inform the stakeholders, launch the updates)
- Documenting the existing process & suggesting areas for process improvements.
More about you:
- Currently pursuing a bachelor's or master’s degree in Economics or related fields and available to work full time
- Excellent analytical and organizational skills, with a systematic approach to problem-solving.
- Proficiency in Excel
- Fluent in English, both spoken and written.
- If you have interest towards design and sharing information in nice and understandable way.
- Demonstrated ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
- Enthusiasm for learning and adapting to new challenges.
- Able to work in Zagreb or Vodnjan, 40 hours per week.
- You are available to start work on July 7th, 2025.
- You hold valid student rights from „Studentski Centar“ throughout the entire internship period (6 months).
Internship timeline:
- CV screening & 1st interview (during April & May)
- Recruitment task (home assignments) (During May & June)
- Final interviews and selection process feedback (June)
- Start of the internship program (1 week orientation in Zagreb Infobip campus) - July 7th
- End of the Internship program (January)
