What You Will Achieve
  • Administering comprehensive EHS programs to facilitate Pfizer compliance with local regulations and Pfizer guidelines addressing industrial hygiene, safety, and environmental health
  • Analysing existing and planned products, processes, equipment, facilities, and programs to develop and implement proactive strategies to minimize injury, illness, property loss, impact on the environment, and business interruption.
  • Participation in EHS risk assessment
  • Participation in regulatory inspections and audits (GMP and EHS) and inquiries involving environmental, health and safety issues. Act as a technical expert during resolution of any proposed corrective actions.
  • Participation in EHS investigations and identification of effective corrective and preventive actions.
  • Participation in site self-audits and identify opportunities to improve regulatory inspection-readiness.
  • Participating in the development, implementation, maintenance, and improvement of EHS programs and systems
  • Recognize, identify, and evaluate environmental, health and safety hazards.
  • Provide technical training to appropriate individuals or groups on environmental, health and safety issues.
  • Efficient preparation of reports, metrics, and other data to communicate status of EHS program elements.
  • Maintain a knowledge and understanding of current good manufacturing practices (cGMP) as they relate to Pfizer Operations.

Here Is What You Need (Minimum Requirements)
  • University Degree or 300 ECTS in technical field (chemical, mechanical or similar)
  • Competency in Microsoft Office programs, Word, Excel, PowerPoint
  • Fluent Croatian and proficiency in English
  • State exam in occupational safety (Health and safety expert
  • Min 5 years of working experience on the similar job
  • Strong presentation skills with experience in concisely summarizing problems and recommending actions
