Join Leidos and make a difference for our Federal customer in national security as a high-performing project management analyst providing direct support to the National Nuclear Security Administration’s Technology and Partnerships Office.
You will use your project and program management experience as well as technical skills on a portfolio of programs crucial to the future of the Nation’s nuclear weapons stockpile and enterprise. Working with a highly collaborative team, the Program Analyst supports the Technology and Partnerships Office (NA-10.1), specifically Technology Transfer and Planetary Defense initiatives. Overall duties include Program Management elements related to project scope, such as planning, integrating, and meeting program milestones and schedules. This position will work with labs, plants, and sites to support NNSA’s process to allow cutting-edge science and technology advancements developed at the NNSA labs, plants, and sites to benefit the National Security needs.
This is a full-time contractor-support position that involves on-site work at the NNSA offices in Washington DC and periodic travel.
Primary Responsibilities:
- Researching and preparing background information and/or talking points for meetings to include technological challenges and developments, government and stakeholder concerns or interests, and programmatic updates
- Coordinating with multiple stakeholders across diverse organizational cultures, priorities, and responsibilities, and participation in inter-organization or working group meetings
- Acquiring and maintaining knowledge of programmatic and portfolio analysis tools and methodologies
- Communicating effectively about program status using strategic documents and visualizations, planning reports, white papers, programmatic documents, slides, and oral presentations
- Tracking and monitoring progress on ongoing projects and initiatives in a technical portfolio
- Managing internal and external program reviews and associated planning; coordinating program review logistics
- Complete annual, quarterly, and other periodic reporting requirements at program reviews and meetings
Required Education, Experience & Clearance:
- An active DOE Q clearance
- Bachelor’s degree with 4+ years of experience or a Master’s degree with 2+ years of experience
- Writing skills that are easy to understand, accurate, and concise for a variety of audiences
- Experience in developing briefings for senior and executive management
- Independent, self-motivated and exhibits the highest standards of accuracy and organization skills
- Proficiency in the Microsoft Office suite (particularly MS Excel) and Microsoft Teams
Preferred Qualifications:
- Knowledge of and experience with Sharepoint, and PowerBI software
- Project and Program Management experience within the NNSA, DOD, or other relevant USG agencies

Pay Range:Pay Range $63,700.00 - $115,150.00
