Department OverviewDRN, a Motorola Solutions company, equips LPR cameras to scan license plates every day, building up a historical scan database that serves the clients and the entire network in generating more hits and recoveries. DRN maintains the largest database of scans and the numbers continue to grow daily.
Job Description
Project Management (internal focused): Leads internal projects to ensure that they meet all scope, time, budget and quality expectations, through planning, controlling and managing. Manages corporate and third party vendor efforts to plan, build and implement solutions to internal problems and issues. Manages project financials including business impact.
The Project Manager will serve as a liaison between the DRN clients, development team operations and sales operations as projects are identified for current and future needs.
Work with clients and internal staff to to manage and refine ongoing projects and and internal workflows
Document and chart project needs and associated revenue for roadmap
Manage meetings between DRN operations and DRN development/Engineering and clients when necessary.
Develop presentations and present to management with cost analysis
Develop timeline, processes and documentation for release of new projects/enhancements
Handle associated trainings for new features to clients and or sales operations
Meet with clients to identify issues, and communicate solutions
Build strong relationships with C-suite executives, SVP's, VP's and Managers
Additional Knowledge/Skills:
Seeking 1+ years experience in LPR technology
Strong collaboration skills and ability to work alongside multiple team members
Strong time-management and organization skills
Ability to multi-task and manage multiple streams of work simultaneously
Proven record of meeting/exceeding established goals
Strong negotiation skills as well as an ability to position value internally and externally.
Target Base Salary Range: $80,000 - $105,000 USD
Consistent with Motorola Solutions values and applicable law, we provide the following information to promote pay transparency and equity. Pay within this range varies and depends on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. The actual offer will be based on the individual candidate.

- High School Degree or equivalent, college degree preferred
- 2+ years experience in one of the following: Sales Support, Customer Service or Collections
- Legal authorization to work in the U.S. indefinitely is required. Employer work permit `is not available for this position.
