Project Financial Administrator will be responsible for providing comprehensive financial and administrative support to project teams, ensuring the accurate and timely processing of financial transactions and adherence to project budgets and company policies.
Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and process project-related invoices, expense reports, and payment requests, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company procedures.

  • Monitor project budgets, track expenses, and prepare regular financial reports for project managers and senior management.

  • Assist in the preparation of project proposals, including cost estimations and financial projections.

  • Reconcile project accounts, identify discrepancies, and resolve financial issues in a timely manner.

  • Maintain organized and up-to-date financial records for all assigned projects.

  • Collaborate with project managers to forecast project costs and revenues.

  • Ensure compliance with all relevant financial regulations and company policies.

  • Assist with internal and external audits related to project finances.

  • Communicate effectively with vendors, clients, and internal teams regarding financial matters.

  • Support other administrative tasks as required by the project team.

About You

  • Bachelor's degree in finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field.

  • Minimum of 1-3 years of experience in a financial administrative role, preferably within a project-based environment.

  • Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial reporting.

  • Proficiency in financial software and Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel.

  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.

  • Ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritize effectively, and meet deadlines.

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Bahasa Indonesia.

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

  • Experience with project management software is a plus.

Skills Required
