Responsibilities:
- Assist in project billing and invoices related to the team’s project
- Update project’s cost plan and cost report on monthly basis
- Prepare progress claim to Client and progress payment response to vendors/contractors.
- Prepare purchase order for vendors/contractors
- Support all technical due diligence and project initiation
- Assist the team during design and tender stage, from prequalification of vendors, RFP issuance, tender evaluation and award
- Actively participate during construction and project close out
- Perform daily tasks and requirements assigned.
Requirements:
- Bachelor Degree in Project Management, Infrastructure or Building related field of studies
- Any related working experience will be advantageous
- Personal Attributes: Meticulous, detail-oriented, self-motivated, organized, goal-oriented, taking ownership on the task assigned
