The Project Executive will manage documentation, project entries, insurance applications, material forecasting, and assist the project management team with administrative tasks. They will prepare technical proposals, evaluate project risks, and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.

- Preparation and improvement of method statements and works to ensure compliance to client requirements.
- Contribute, comply and committed towards the company Quality, Health, Safety and Environmental Management System to ensure full compliance.
- Collaborate with the sales team to analyze client requirements and develop customized solar solutions for commercial and industrial clients.
- Prepare detailed technical proposals, including system design, layouts, equipment specifications, and project cost estimations.
- Evaluate site constraints, grid connection feasibility, and project risks.
- Develop detailed Bill of Materials (BOM) and project cost estimations.
- Work with procurement team to source and evaluate materials, ensuring cost-effectiveness and compliance with technical specifications.
- Liaise with internal teams (sales, engineering, procurement, quantity survey and project management) to ensure alignment on project requirements.

Requirements
- An eagerness to learn and a proactive attitude
- Degree in project management, engineering, or a related field
- Proficiency in project management software or tools. (e.g. Microsoft Project)
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (e.g. Power Point, Excel, Words & etc.)
- Proficiency in utilizing translation software (e.g. Google Translate, Google Lens)
- Time management skills, communication, and interpersonal skills
