Project Executive, Logistic Management

We are seeking a dedicated Project Executive/Senior Project Executive to join our dynamic Logistics team. In this pivotal role, you will contribute significantly to ensuring foodpanda achieves its objectives in quality and efficiency. The Logistics department oversees all aspects of delivery operations, from managing courier activities to optimizing delivery performance, while ensuring a positive experience for our customers.

As our Project Executive, you will be responsible for overseeing all logistics activities, including managing extended delivery processes and tracking various logistics initiatives. This position reports directly to the Head of Logistics in Hong Kong, and we are looking for someone proactive, adaptable, and ready to tackle challenges.

Key Responsibilities:

Extended Delivery

• Act as the primary point of contact between the logistics department and other internal teams, such as commercial, marketing, and pandamart

• Develop and enhance the onboarding process for vendors to ensure a seamless integration

• Implement designated delivery areas (Polygons) for vendors to optimize service efficiency

• Oversee and refine the overall operations of extended delivery services for continuous improvement

Communication and Coordination

• Act as the primary liaison between the logistics department and various internal teams, including commercial, marketing, and pandamart

• Deliver timely updates to stakeholders regarding the status of ongoing logistics initiatives

• Develop and maintain tracking systems to monitor the progress of various logistics activities effectively

• Bachelor’s Degree in Supply Chain, Business, Economics or relevant

• Preferably 2 years of experience in logistics, start-up, or operations 

• Candidate with less experience or fresh graduate candidates who are hungry for new challenges and learning opportunities will also be considered

• A self-starter who is willing to get his hands dirty and thrives in a fast-paced environment

• Detail-minded, Sensitive to numbers and Organised

• Experience with project management is a big plus

• Fluency in both Written English and Chinese

• Team player with a positive attitude
