The Hong Kong Trade Development Council (HKTDC), the statutory organisation promoting Hong Kong’s external trade, seeks dynamic, high-caliber and experienced professionals to join our Wellness and Creatvie Industries cluster. To strengthen Hong Kong's role as Asia's international business platform, we organise more than 30 world-class international trade fairs in Hong Kong each year. These fairs, which cover various industries and sectors, create opportunities for companies to promote their products or services to buyers from all over the world.
Responsibilities:
Support oversea and mainland exhibitors’ recruitments to participate the FILMART event
Assist in updating exhibitor information, event website, and any other administrative work for the event
Assist with the operation of the event registration system (ERS), setting up of registration form and reporting of registration status and approval
Provide pre-event logistic support such as badge printing , mailing, packing items to the sites, transportation of materials, coach services for VIP to & from the official hotels etc.
Coordinate the printing, stuffing and dispatch of admission badges aligning with the prescribed dispatch schedule
Provide onsite assistance at the FILMART registration counter
Assist in post-event support, such as update the company directory, filling etc.
Support marketing team in organizing and implementing promotional materials
Assist the Project Managers in handling enquiries from media partners and undertake on-site duties, such as collaborating with photographers and a digital marketing agency to ensure deadline are met
Requirements:
University graduate or above in Marketing or other related disciplines
1 year’s relevant working experience is preferred, and familiar with Canvas or Photoshop will be an advantage.
Fluent in English and Chinese including Putonghua
Proficient in MS Office and Chinese word processing
Good communications and good interpersonal skills, outgoing and customer-oriented
Be independent, well-organised and detail minded
Willing to work overtime and on weekends or public holidays as necessary
Fresh graduate will also be considered
Contract period: October 2026 – End of March 2027
Remuneration and Benefits:
Salary will be commensurate with qualifications and experience. A competitive remuneration package will be offered.
